Tenant sourcing, vetting and leasing- this greatly improves the quality of the tenants and reduces the possibility of dealing with over-crowding, non-paying tenants and a vandalized property.

Credit control- the truth is, evictions are a nightmare no Landlord wants to deal with and our country is especicially unforgiving to Landlords who do not follow the correct but long procedures related to evictions. We do the tenant’s affordability assessments, which in the long run helps to avoid having to evict a tenant that is over-comitted financially.

Repairs and maintenance- We deal with all routine maintenance, tenant’s complaints and emergencies. We wil never compromise on the quality of work, as we entrust this on highly qualified contractors.

Utilities Management-we will make payments to council for your rates and taxes and ensure water and electricity meters are in working order at all times.
